Why are we all suddenly so tired?
Not just you. Not just me. All of us.
Something shifted after 2020. It wasn’t just a global pause — it was a personal one. The noise of the outside world faded, and for the first time in a long time, we were left alone with ourselves.
And in that silence, we realized things.
For some, it was their worth — their strength, their independence, their ability to survive.
For others, it was the opposite — a quiet confrontation with emptiness, self-doubt, or the feeling of not being enough.
What we realized may not be the same for you and me, but one thing is certain:
it changed us.
During those locked days, we met versions of ourselves we had been avoiding. We thought more, felt more, and in many ways, carried more than we ever had before.
And now, even though life has resumed, something feels… off.
We know we are capable of more. Deep down, we are aware that this version of us isn’t even 10% of what we could be.
Yet, we can’t seem to move forward the way we used to.
Instead, we feel tired.
Not just physically — but mentally, emotionally… deeply tired.
It feels heavy, like something is constantly being taken from us.
But what exactly is it?
Maybe it’s the version of ourselves we lost.
Maybe it’s the energy we spent just trying to stay okay.
Or maybe it’s the weight of everything we now know but cannot unlearn.
Whatever it is, this tiredness is real.
And maybe, just maybe, it’s not a sign that we are weak —
but a sign that we have carried more than we were ever meant to, for far too long.
“Whatever this tiredness is, it isn’t random.
It has a reason. Maybe even a pattern.
And if something has a reason…
maybe it also has a way out.
I don’t have all the answers yet —
but I might have found a beginning.” in my next article i will come up with a solution
