Yes, Evenings on the terrace.
I think my emotional landscape and my evenings on the terrace have something very powerful in between. Be it summer, winter, spring, rainy weather, or autumn, I don’t think I have ever disliked the idea of going on the terrace and enjoying my solo walk in solitude.
No, never.
Though I don’t go every day on my terrace, I admit I can’t stop myself from going there altogether. Earlier, when we didn’t have a treadmill, I used to go every day, almost every day, religiously for my evening walks. Now, I go sometimes.
I can’t spend my evenings every day inside the home, walking on a treadmill only. A treadmill is good for cardio and workouts, but walking on the terrace has its own instant psychological, emotional, mental, and physical benefits. Both experiences are very different. Walking on the treadmill a hundred percent helps me a lot, but it can never replace the freedom, flexibility, the sense of wander, and the number of creative ideas I get while walking on the terrace, under the sky.
