How Clarity Unfolds when we Honor Our Journey with Love
Take a Mental Break
As creative beings we can sometimes have tunnel vision placing our focus only on the one project on which we are working. So much so that we push ourselves too far mentally, ending up irritated, or frustrated that things just aren’t coming together as we want them to or when we want them to. That’s when you may find yourself in a state of confusion or feeling like you are in a fog. A fog that you feel stuck in and cannot seem to come out of.
When that happens, it might be a good time for you to take a Mental Break. Stop what you are working on, step away from it for a specific amount of time and regroup. It doesn’t matter if it is 5 minutes or a whole 24 hours, the amount of time is up to you. Just step away. Take some time to enjoy a little physical relaxation activities & creative works that can help you calm your mind and the spirit. Here are a few that work for me.
