A poem expressing truth

AlleYah Serayawida begins to wield her power.

I can hear you whisper your pain

All the while I was crying

You were the one standing in the rain

Waiting for me to see truth.

My tears stopped

My heart became full

While your heart dropped

Because I wouldn’t move.

My visions preceded me

In all directions they moved

In full view stood my enemies

I was unsure of what to do.

Sit and cry again?

No not me — time to brew

My life isn’t a game

I thought I could just wait for you.

But my soul felt the same vibration

When your crew arrived without you

They had their own plantation

Waiting to enslave me.

So, I packed my guns on the side

My sword in the center

I circled full wide

Just like I remembered.

Yeah, I cried — again

Because I loved them

But I won’t die — again

Because I love you

My soul, my children, my family

Victory Mama, you behold

I can hear them so clearly

Laurel

Many say the past is the past

But it shapes the present — not future

The endless loop created to last

Will break with a solution.

And we will be the answer

To every wish and prayer made

Like a private dancer

The bill is due so make’em pay.

My Lord, what privilege I have to hold

Another heart in love

The blessings of my soul

You need me.

Let me be your cup

Pour into me all your heavy

And I will drink it up

I don’t ache no more.

I breathe and let my energy glow

Who feels it knows it’s true

You can’t stop source energy flow

It’s everywhere…

And every heart tells a story

And in any matter the story is told

It’s always one of love and glory

Hidden or visible.

I can still hear your soft whisper

As the rain now falls fresh on me

The summer air now light and crisper

More than it used to be.

I can hold your heavy

Pour into me your pain

I am completely ready

Anytime and anyplace.

Let me be your cup.

Moonlit love,

Dhanel Moon
