Love is mysterious.
It doesn’t always come when we want it to or in the way we expect. Sometimes it arrives quietly — after we’ve faced heartbreak, after we’ve grown through pain, and after life has prepared us in ways we didn’t even realize.
For a long time, I thought love wasn’t meant for me.
I believed I wasn’t good enough to be truly loved or deeply understood.
But now, I see that everything I went through — every hard lesson, every lonely night — was quietly shaping me for the right person.
There was a time when I almost gave up on love.
I had been hurt and disappointed too many times.
Those experiences left me feeling broken and invisible.
It was hard not to lose hope.
More than that, society around me seemed to say I wasn’t enough.
Not enough in looks, not enough in success, not enough in the things that supposedly make someone “worthy” of love.
And on top of that, I worried about money — about how much I earn and whether I could give the kind of life she deserved.
These insecurities weren’t about her — they were about the pressure I felt from outside.
The pressure to be “perfect” or “successful” before I could claim love.
This fear held me back from fully believing I could have a happy relationship.
Then she came.
Not like a whirlwind or a grand gesture.
She came quietly, with patience and kindness.
She didn’t judge me for my past or my worries.
She didn’t ask me to change who I was or what I had.
She simply accepted me — wholeheartedly.
She believed in me when I didn’t believe in myself.
She saw the person behind the insecurities and fears.
Even now, sometimes I doubt myself.
Not because of her, but because of the voices society has planted in my mind.
Voices that say I’m not enough or that I can’t provide what she deserves.
Money has been one of my biggest worries.
I feel afraid that I can’t give her the lifestyle she dreams of.
That I might not be able to protect her from hardships.
But despite all this, she stays.
She chooses me every day.
And that love is teaching me to silence the doubts and fears.
