Alma ! Historias reales sobre amor y renacer

Hoy hace un año que todo cambió.

Durante mucho tiempo pensé que aquel día había sido solo un accidente.

Solo una ruptura.

Solo una pérdida más en una historia que parecía romperse demasiado deprisa.

Ahora sé que fue un comienzo.

Ed y yo nos quisimos.

Cada uno a su manera.

Con nuestras formas de entender el amor.

Con nuestras heridas.

Con nuestras expectativas distintas.

Con nuestros tiempos desacompasados.

Y aunque hubo desequilibrio, también hubo verdad.

Nos quisimos con lo que sabíamos entonces.

Con lo que éramos capaces de dar.

Con lo que creíamos que era suficiente.

Hoy puedo mirarlo sin rabia.

Sin necesidad de buscar culpables.

Sin necesidad de reescribir lo vivido.

Porque algunas historias no terminan mal.

Simplemente terminan cuando dejan de poder crecer.

Hace un año tuve un accidente de coche

y durante un instante sentí que perdía el control de todo.

No fue solo el golpe.

Fue el silencio después.

Fue la sensación de que algo dentro de mí también se había detenido.

Perdí una casa.

Perdí rutinas compartidas.

Perdí planes que ya tenían forma.

Perdí a mis perras.

Perdí la sensación de estabilidad que creía tener.

Y atravesé el duelo sola.

Sola de verdad.

Sin respuestas rápidas.

Sin soluciones inmediatas.

Sin certezas.

Pero fue precisamente en ese silencio donde apareció algo inesperado.

Apareció Alma.

No nació de la calma.

Nació de la necesidad de entender.

De ordenar lo que dolía.

De poner palabras donde antes solo había nudos.

Al principio escribía para no romperme.

Después escribía para entenderme.

Y sin darme cuenta, empecé a escribirme de nuevo.

Apareció la mujer que observa.

La mujer que siente sin esconderse.

La mujer que ya no se abandona para sostener a otros.

Después llegaron muchos no.

No que dolieron.

No que confundieron.

No que enseñaron.

Conversaciones que parecían promesas y no lo eran.

Personas que parecían camino y solo eran aprendizaje.

Puertas que se cerraban sin explicación.

Pero también llegaron algunos sí.

Sí discretos.

Sí tranquilos.

Sí que devolvían la esperanza sin hacer ruido.

Sí que no necesitaban demostrar nada.

En medio de todo eso cambié de trabajo.

Doblé mis horas.

Aprendí a sostenerme sola de verdad.

Descubrí una fuerza que no sabía que tenía.

Mi cuerpo también habló.

Mi salud cambió conmigo.

Porque sanar nunca es solo emocional.

Sanar también es físico.

Es mental.

Es profundo.

Encontré una nueva casa.

Y con ella encontré algo más importante todavía:

una nueva manera de habitarme.

Poco a poco

sin buscarlo demasiado

sin esperarlo demasiado

sin exigirle nada al tiempo

volvió algo que creía perdido:

la ilusión.

No la ilusión ingenua.

La ilusión consciente.

La que nace después de haber caído.

Después de haber entendido.

Después de haber aprendido a elegir distinto.

Hoy no miro atrás pensando en lo que perdí.

Miro atrás reconociendo lo que aprendí.

Aprendí que el amor no siempre significa quedarse.

Aprendí que el silencio también enseña.

Aprendí que la soledad puede ser un lugar de reconstrucción.

Aprendí que empezar de nuevo no es fracasar.

Es elegir.

Hace un año pensé que lo había perdido todo.

Hoy sé que estaba empezando a encontrarme.

Y quizá lo más bonito de todo es que ahora camino distinta.

Más tranquila.

Más consciente.

Más fuerte.

Y más abierta a lo que llega sin miedo.

Porque después de todo este año

ya no busco lo que encaje con mi herida.

Busco lo que encaje con mi verdad.

Y eso cambia absolutamente todo. ✨
