Looks like Miley Cyrus won’t have to buy herself flowers for much longer.
The three-time Grammy winner is engaged to fellow singer-songwriter Maxx Morando after about four years of dating, People reported Tuesday.
Representatives for Cyrus and Morando didn’t immediately respond to HuffPost’s requests for comment. However, the news comes a day after the pair walked the red carpet at the premiere of “Avatar: Fire and Ash” in Los Angeles, where Cyrus could be seen sporting a diamond ring on her left hand.
According to Vogue, the ring was designed by Jacquie Aiche, whose clients have included Selena Gomez and Taylor Swift, and features a cushion-cut stone on a 14-karat yellow gold band.
Morando is a drummer for Liily, a Los Angeles–based rock band. He and Cyrus were first romantically linked in the media in late 2021.

In April 2022, the pair seemingly confirmed their romance when they were photographed sharing a kiss while out and about in West Hollywood, California. That same year, Morando appeared alongside his Liily bandmates on the NBC holiday special “Miley’s New Year’s Eve Party,” hosted by Cyrus.
Cyrus, who was previously married to actor Liam Hemsworth, opened up about her relationship in an interview with Harper’s Bazaar last year.
“He’s very similar to me. We just don’t take life too seriously,” she told the outlet, noting that the pair had been collaborating in the studio on “Something Beautiful,” her latest album. “I worked with my dad forever. That’s how me and my ex-husband met each other. I’ve always worked with the people that I love. And Maxx just inspires me so much.”
And in an interview with The Cut in September, Cyrus said Morando “means a lot to me and treats me really well and respects me.”
“I had to learn that the hard way because my mommy [Tish Cyrus-Purcell] taught me the wrong way and then I had to learn the right way by myself,” she added.
